Poster Information

The key to creating an effective poster is to focus on concepts without losing critical content information. Poster presentations are a significant style of communicating research findings among peers. Presenters typically have less than two minutes to communicate this message. Straight forward posters with content that flows logically and orderly allows viewers to quickly scan the presentation, and engage in meaningful conversation with the researcher before moving on to the next poster presentation.

DIRECTIONS TO SAVE TEMPLATES FOR EDITING:

1. Click on the image of the sample template that you wish to download
   Click the SAVE button to save the image to a convenient place on your computer (the Documents folder is considered the easiest to locate)
2. Go to the location where the file was saved and double-click on the file, which will start PowerPoint and open the saved template file at the same time.
